【摘要】 本文的研究聚焦于世博后房地产行业的现实形势与发展前景,宏观环境方面正面临着日益严峻的老龄化挑战,房地产市场经历着楼市调控政策的洗礼;内部因素有房地产行业自身发展趋势的推动,外部条件有世博效应的技术与理念支持。通过分析世博后我国养老地产的发展契机,借鉴国际社会的成熟经验,围绕政策扶持、技术支持、经济保障、代际融合、广泛覆盖等方面提出适合我国养老地产发展的对策建议。
