【摘要】 近年来,在我国高等教育大众化形势下,大学毕业生在职场能拚得一席之地已属不易,面对金融危机加剧下格外严峻的就业情况,早两年已就业的大学生更感庆幸。但是,作为高知识群体,他们在上海的就业与发展情况如何,不仅对大学毕业生本人,也会对上海经济发展以及社会和谐稳定产生重要影响,这是后金融危机时代、世博会召开之时的上海必须考虑的问题。本文通过实证研究对上海新近23年毕业的大学生的工作和生活情况进行调查,认为目前地大学毕业生存在着生存与发展的双重压力,相关部门应预以必要的政策支持。
