【摘要】 在世博即将开幕之际,上海应该怎样充分利用好世博效应,尽快突破转型瓶颈,以全方位、深层次的结构调整来推动城市转型迈上新台阶,为全国其他城市和地区的转型发展提供示范。
【英文摘要】 As the World Expo draws near, the paper elaborates on how Shanghai may take full use of the World Expo effects to break through the transformation bottle neck as soon as possible so that it can promote city transformation to climb up a step from in-depth structural adjustment in all aspects and provide an example for the transformation development of other cities and regions nationwide.
